The length of the cover listed correlates to the size of board it will fit comfortably, along with 2 inches of give. For example our 7’0 covers will fit a 7’0, 7’1 and a 7’2.

Our clothing is only available in our flagship retail store located in Sussex Inlet NSW, or in certain stockists nationwide.

If you have one of our wetsuits which is still under the 12 months warranty, send some photos to us at customerservice@oceanearth.com
along with proof of purchase and we will let you know what we can do.

We
don’t do in house repairs, but can offer direction on how you can use
one of our repair products to get you back in the water, just send some
photos
of your board damage and it’s construction (epoxy, PU or soft top) to customerservice@oceanearth.com
to find out which product is right for you.

Shipping policy

Shipping is FREE on orders over $100* in one transaction store-wide to anywhere in Australia, otherwise there is a $15 shipping charge for all other orders.

On regular sized items our shipping time is 2-3 business days, larger items such as boards and board bags may take up to 5 days provided postal services are not experiencing interruptions or delays.

Please double check it's progress with the tracking code emailed to you.

• Return authorisation number (RAN) issued by Ocean and Earth
