Shipping policy
Shipping is FREE on all orders over $100* in one transaction store-wide to anywhere in New Zealand, otherwise there is a $8 shipping charge for all other orders. All of our orders are sent fast so you receive your gear as quickly as possible!

DOMESTIC DELIVERIES
Delivery times are as follows:
South Island: 2-3 business days from shipping date.
North Island: 3-5 business days from shipping date.
We aim to ship orders between 1-3 days from when the order is placed depending on stock availability. We’ll let you know if there’s any delay.
Please use a 9am-5pm street or business delivery address rather than a PO Box for boardcovers, luggage and other large items.
All deliveries are dispatched by default 'Authority to Leave - no signature required'.
If you are not comfortable leaving your package unattended, please enter instructions in the 'Order Note' section. If Star Track attempts to deliver and no one is available to sign for the delivery and there are no delivery instructions, Star Track will leave a card notify you that the parcel has been taken back to the nearest depot, you are then required to, and responsible for the collecting of the order.
You can nominate somewhere for our courier to leave the package (eg. back veranda) these details should be entered at Cart in the shipping section 'Order Note'.Â
NOTE: we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen goods.
